Id like some help, if any would share advice 
I have some cc clothing content thats missing either a mesh - just missing altogether. I would like to know how to use the SIMS4 STUDIO - have downloaded it and im just wondering how to use it to get rid of the broken cc clothing items that are missing either a mesh or not there ....if anyone can please help - thanks

Not sure if anyone still answers on this thread or if this is even the right place for this question....
But I am a CC hoarder lol...it's my addiction...don't judge :D. I would like to know if there is a way to take a cc recolor and merge the original mesh with it eliminating the colors that came with the original mesh. I guess a good example would be a maxis match type hair that has alpha recolors...take the maxis match mesh and merge it with the alpha recolors so there isn't the need to have two of the same hairstyles when only the alpha recolors are used. It would really help me trim down my cc if this is possible. Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.

Hi monne1007, you could do this by exporting the images out of the recolor and importing them into the package that has the mesh. While doing that, you could also delete any unwanted swatches from the package.

Does this work with the Mac version? c: Mac version doesn't have the MY CC feature yet. So you cannot achieve this currently. |

Excellent, I finally got this to work However.... Is it normal that navigating packages is so slow? I mean really, slow. The side bar with the custom content files and folder structure responds just fine, but when I click on a package, it takes a very long time to get activated so it starts displaying the preview and tags. I tested taking out most of the subfolders in my mods folder to see if it's just too heavy, but it wasn't about that; the individual packages open very slowly. Considering how MUCH awfully tagged CC there is, even though Sims 4 Studio's features are absolutely brilliant and useful, I'm starting to fear if that stickiness will make it impossible for me to truly go through my CC to correct the tags... I mean going through all of the files takes time anyway, but adding so much extra lag in between everything makes it a task that is like a job that takes weeks, and I can't do any other useful things at the same time. I have a desktop computer with hardware tough enough for carrying out heavy processes, and I play the game at the highest quality settings. Harmony and Blender 2.76. |

My question probably doesn't belong here but I wasn't sure where to put it, sorry. :-[ I'm using the mac open beta version of this.
The tutorial on the first page of this thread mentions pressing the MY CC button on the main homepage after opening the program. The mac version doesn't have this, at least mine doesn't, so I'm a bit stuck... I haven't seen anyone else complain about this issue so I guess there is a way around it, I'm just too blind to see it. Help anyone?

Hi lonepudding18, Unfortunately the Mac version doesn't has the "My CC" feature yet, so that's why you can't find it. It will probably be added somewhere in future. |

This was working perfectly a few weeks ago, but all of a sudden none of the preview images are showing up for any CC.
It's just a blank blue box. Is anyone else having this issue?

hi! i downloaded some custom content today, and one of them was a nice little crop top. i used this to edit it to be able to be worn by both genders but now it made the sims' midriff invisible whenever they wear it??? help please

When trying to sort hairs, there's a second lowest panel called "Hair Texture" which has three options that you can check. But those check boxes don't seem to have labels at all, yet you can check them. I have no idea what those options are now, could someone elaborate what those stand for, and is the lack of labels a bug?
Edit: I had two versions old version of Harmony, now updated to Harmony 3.0.1.9 which is the most recent version as I am typing this, and the same issue persists.

Hello, I am having a stupid and need a butt kick. I've read through several tutorials but haven't spotted the answer yet.
Most of the CC sorting and managing is pretty intuitive (good job!) but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to zoom in/enlarge items. It's nearly impossible to see make up or accessories without getting a larger view, and often I can't identify an in-game item by file name. I'm sure it's right in front of me, but I can't see it. Help?

Hi, I cannot get the categories in my clothing corrected. I have followed the directions both ways. The first was just to click on my cc, scroll through list till I get to one I want to fix, make sure check marks were only in the categories where I want that piece of clothing to appear, click apply to all swatches and then save. Then I found the other tutorial on here that says to enter your name in the creator box, click on my projects, then navigate to the folder where the content is saved and open the package file I want to work on. Once it opens I check only the categories I want it to show up in, click apply to all swatches and then save. Both ways the clothing is still showing up where it shouldn't be. I verified it is only showing check marks in the categories where I want it but in game it still shows in categories that aren't checked. How can this be fixed? Thanks I am having the same problem. I spent days trying to recatorgize all CC, most did not change to catorgory I thought was appropriately. Why did it not work? Do I need to save after each section I change check marks along with app to all swatches? What is " situations"? Every cothing has it applied to it and wasn't removed with bathing nude fix. |
