Hi. Before baking textures you must move any overlapping uvs. The uvs of the inner and outer sides overlap. There are other problems: - when you'll check your item in-game, you'll notice that it is behaving very badly in the armpit area. Items with loose sleeves must be made with arms down; - you should export the mesh from MD as thin and weld. The inner geometry should be added only in places it is visible, otherwise it at least doubles the polycount; - speaking of, yours is 4 times higher than maxis's most complex meshes. If you plan on sharing your content with others, you should be conscious of this and the strain it will put on other people's computers. They will simply delete it and never download from you again. Model in quads or retopologize and add inner/side geometry in Blender only where it is visible; - all areas of the body covered by clothing must be deleted. The more careful and thorough you are about it, the more uv space you will have for the garment's uvs. Bigger uvs = better texture quality; - do not scale uv islands individually unless the difference in the texture quality is acceptable. You can make buttons' uvs bigger for extra quality but do no scale the sleeves independently, it is noticeable

1). If you want this jacket to be an accessory, you must remove the nude body underneath. Accessories come without body parts; 2). The mesh has no proper uv_1, it will not morph as intended; 3). On the left side of the body the arm will clip into the front of the jacket during animation. The mesh will look bad with arms down in the armpit area; 4). An accessory must use the uvs space for accessories, otherwise the textures will overlap with cc tops; 5). the uvs in uv_0 are stretched; 6). An accessory that is clothing should be painted with 00ff00;
You should make a simple item like a tank top and adapt it to perfection for the sake of learning. With this item you just created yourself problems that cannot be solved without completely remaking the garment
