Sims 4 Pose Player not working?

Hi guys. I have recently starting having issues with the pose player and teleport any sim mods which I have been using issue free for years. Whenever I teleport my sims and then pose them, they only pose for 1 second - even if the game is paused, they randomly stop posing and teleport back to where the teleporter mod statue was placed. My sims then randomly stand still and will not move even if I attempt to pose them again, or ask them to move or interact with an object. They stand in the same spot, basically frozen but kinda swaying left to right?

I have tried repairing my game and redownloading both mods. Neither option has worked thus far and a friend of mine has similar issues with these mods. Is anyone else experiencing issues or know of any fixes? Its mainly for toddler and child sims, though all sims experience these issues and I'm getting frustrated! Any help would be appreciated.
