Hi there, just wondering about something that could help me to improve my mesh. I just started learning how to use Blender recently when I noticed that a mesh I made from scratch looked way duller in color in comparison to what I see in s4s. Example: I tried to fix it by putting in blank normals and correct specular maps but that didn't seem to do the trick. I also need help with proper UV mapping since my attempt was um, interesting to say the least. Here's the link to the file: Pls Help .I'd be grateful for any help that I may receive, thank you!

Hi. There is nothing wrong with the mesh or the textures, its just that s4s cannot display them the same exact way the game does because it does not use the same rendering engine, environment, shaders, etc. It just previews the diffuse texture as it is, not how it will be displayed in the game.
To my knowledge, there is no cas shader that can make the texture look flatter but you can try getting there by playing with the emission map. The point of it is to make the mesh flash lights but you can use it to achieve a constant "glow"/flatter color. There are tutorials that go into details of how to make it
