Every time I import my mesh from Marvelous Designer and/or Zbrush there are holes in the mesh. It has not done this before and I don't know how to fix it, please help. Blend File

Hi, Mauvemorn may have more advice so be sure to check back, but these are the settings you should use when exporting from MD. (Hopefully, the screenshot isn't too blurry) Model in quads and set your particle distance as high as you can get away with. Your polycount is way, way, way too high for a simple pair of jeans. Export a pair of EA jeans and compare its polycount with yours. You'll be shocked at the difference. If, in Marvelous Designer, you have body parts poking out of the mesh and you know you'll delete those body parts later then don't worry about that. I'm not seeing holes in your jeans. The model's legs are sticking out but you're supposed to delete any body parts that your mesh is covering anyway. What I am seeing is a polycount so high that it's making Blender lag on my computer. And the topology is very messed up at the seams. Again, study a pair of EA jeans. Look at how nice and even all of the edges are. Yours should look nice like that too. Clothing undergoes a lot of animation in the game and the topology needs to be clean so that the animation of your clothing item is smooth and non-glitchy. I hope that makes sense. Again, check back later. Mauvemorn will have more advice for you. I haven't used Marvelous Designer in a while. I'm a bit rusty.

Hi. Just so it's clear: those are not holes, that is the legs poking through the pants. This happens because of dramatic differences in topology between maxis legs and your pants.
The wireframe of your garment must not be this dense. Dense wireframe -> high polycount -> heavy file -> the game struggles to load and render it -> longer loading time of the game -> if shared, people deleting your content from their Mods folder and never downloading from you again. You must also export the garment as thin from MD, the other side must be added only where it is visible manually

mauvemorn This may be a dumb question, but how do I make it less dense?

mauvemorn So I always change the topology in MD to quads and set the particle distance to 10. Should I go up on the particle distance more? Also I retopologize in Zbrush using ZRemesher, could this be an issue?

10 is too low. The closer the topology to the one you see in maxis meshes, the better
You can use zbrush but lower target polycount by a lot
The lower you can go, the better
