Hello all! Long time lurker who has benefited a lot from the tutorials here, but I've recently reached an impasse with my latest frankenmesh attempt. I decided to try the hair strands tutorials I've seen, and it worked great! At least in Blender and in S4S. Then I load up the game.
All the edits I made to the base mesh are there, but the new strands I added- despite showing in S4S- aren't showing in-game.
^Here is the link to the package and blender file (excuse my package naming- in order to make sure I have stuff to go back to in case experiments don't work, I tend to have a lot of blender files and somewhere along the line it becomes keysmashing in frustration while trying to get stuff to work).
Since this mesh is still in my testing stage I don't have hat chops and all the 3 sections have the same meshes with all the strands. (Also the UV mapping is still a little wonky but I like to wait to polish that when I have the final mesh form). The cut numbers should all be right, but who knows! I could've missed something. Probably something obvious since I'm still new to meshing.
Thank you all in advance!

I am not hair creator so can tell something wrong, but from what I see: you have 0000 cut number for all 3 your meshes, you need to set them the way they were in base hair (in this case 0002 for base and then 0000 and 0001 for proper chops). This is why your mesh did not updated. You need to do uv_1 for your strands too cause they are all in one point at the bottom and vertex paint them in suitable color for hairs. Two strands need weight paint too. I see you have a lot of holes in game in your mesh, but as I said before I can't help you with this. I told you only what to do to append it in game

T_T HOW DID I MISS THAT.
And shoot, I must've forgot to save the UV_1 because I went through that process but must not have saved correctly.
As for the holes- yeah it is absolutely in progress so I'm good with eventually knowing how to fix those issues, I just like to get the general shape and see if it works before I do the polishing. XD
