Hi. We would need to see the package and the blend to know for sure. My guess is that you have one meshgroup in the blend but cloned something with more meshgroups. Only one of them was replaced while the other stayed, hence the body doubles. More about it here sims4studio.com/thread/13120/cut-numbers-easy-explanation

It is a matter of number of meshgroups but you should not clone a dress for this. Just clone a skirt of similar length, export the blend to check the number of meshgroups and their cuts, then split your item in the same number of meshgroups and assign corresponding cuts.
