Can't find file with needed variables

Hi all!

I want to make a mod that will allow teenagers acting careers and reduce the time for audition and performance.

I was able to make a career as an actor accessible to teenagers, but I can't find files where i can change "TimeShort" and "DayOfWeekShort" variables for audition and performance.
