hello, i know we have to make our mesh low poly but i was wondering if the higher poly the better the texture is or it's doesn't make a diffrence, cause some creators have high poly mesh and the textures look incredible but mine is low poly and the texture doesn't look high quality so is it realated or not all?

Hi. If your mesh has fine details ( folds, wrinkles), the higher the polycount, the more of them there will be and the better they will look like. If it does not, then there will be no difference. However, no matter how good the texture looks like, if your content is high poly enough to crash the game and make it load longer, it will be deleted and people will not download from you. So instead of compromising, what you should do is have two version of the garment: a low poly one to use in game and a high poly one solemnly for baking diffuse and normal maps. Also, before you'll create a high poly version, subdivide the avatar and increase the offset from it, otherwise it will look jagged
