Hello,
I've been following tutorials on YouTube for how to make a sims 4 hair and I've been working on trying to make Ahsoka (from Star Wars) her older montrals and lekku into the game. As far as I know I followed every step with weight painting and transferring data. I even discovered my mesh was quad and I triangulated it, but whenever I try to bring it into Sims4Studio, I get this error:

I've seen other people use blender 2.78 with Sims4studio and be successful, but do I need to use a different version?
Can anyone tell me what this means so I know what to fix? Thank you so much!
