Hi, I was looking for cool mushrooms to use in my current build but the only thing ingame that satisfied me was alien mushroom debug object from Get to Work. However, it's one object with 5 models, the mushrooms are blue and glow at night.
I exported the texture and recolored it, separated the models, removed night glow, all that stuff. It shows up in the catalogue just fine, functions perfectly. However, I have a texture issue. They show up fine in blender and in S4S.
However, when I open them ingame, the textures on the mushrooms are completely misaligned. I tried manually adjusting UV maps in blender but it did nothing.

Update: tried adjusting normal maps and speculars, did not work. Tried to change image mapping options in blender, again, no change.

The mesh says "Instanced scrolling light". Did you by any chance clone an item with animated textures? That would explain the textures shifting/moving (if you only tested in buy mode and not in live, you wouldn't see the textures scrolling/moving, but the texture could still be somewhere in the middle of the animation cycle).
I had a similar weird issue once, where an item would look fine in buy mode, but when I switched to live mode, there were moving lights all around it.

Indeed, as I said, the original object glows at night. I disabled the NighttimeMultiplier function, which stopped it from glowing (I also removed the "glow" uv texture). I never disabled any other functions in the first place. However, the texture is static in live mode and I just ran a quick check, I removed all the light functions and changed the shader to InstancedGrass, but the textures are still shifted in the same way as before.

The specular seems to have the wrong ratio (1:2 instead of 2:1, the 64x128 one) - not sure if that counts.
Only other thing I can think of is if anything has been shifted off the UVs about 0.5 in the material settings, but if there is a setting like that I can't seem to find it, at least not in your files.

Changed the specular ratio, no effect. It's really bizarre. Anyway, thanks for your help!
