I'm VERY new to editing meshes and blender. Yesterday I tried my hand for the first time and it works pretty well in-game and in S4S except for a few issues. It's just a test hair so if someone needs to look at it please feel free but essentially, everything works decent, hat chops and all, it's just the hairline clips awkwardly and has lines on the head (tried to hide it but it's still there). There's probably a simple way around this but if anyone knows how to fix it the help is appreciated

Hi. Yes, we would need to see the blend. If you used proportion editing while editing the shape, this is the cause, the hairline was moved, too. You can fix it by snapping vertices of the hairline to the head

How would I snap the vertices to the head?

The hairline is not only misplaced by overlaps with another two. Like, three meshes are stacked on top of each other. You should just re-do everything, it would be faster than trying to clean this. Make sure to hide the hairline before using proportional editing. You must not join all meshgroups of the hair into one, that is not how it works with the hair. If you want to edit them at one, use Multiedit addon.
