i got a problem with my custom hair. How do i connect these parts in blender so they move the same?  |

Looks like a weight painting issue; make sure all the segments are weighted the same (the mix setting will usually do the best job of that).

Hi. Please always provide the files.
Maxis CAS items move and morph according to their shape. Once you change the shape, you must also change how they move and morph.
That said, this specific item will not work well no matter what because, to not clip into breasts, it must be affected by breast bones and morphs. This will lead to the braid expanding, shrinking and moving with the breasts.
