Teleporter Mod Conflict

Howdy,

I am having an issue with the Teleporter mod for poses--- It won't show up in BB for purchase.

I took everything out of my game and it shows up, so something is in conflict with it.

Both Tray Importer and Mod Manager detect no conflicts.

So now I have to do the tedious task of seeing which mod conflicts. 

My questions are as follows:

Would it be an object or a script mod?
Why wouldn't it register as a conflict?
Has anyone else had this issue?/ Does anyone know of anything that commonly conflicts?
