I would like to mirror the animation (and have this information stored in the bones) so I can have my sim doing this same animation with his left arm (instead of the right as shown in the image) I know that if I reverse the rotations, one by one, on the other arm, I get a result close to what I expected, but it takes a long time. I would like to know if there is an easier trick in blender or in the way the sims animations are made, so that I can, using any bone, make your symmetrical bone do the same movement in a mirrored way (for instance: I can transfer the movements of the forearm_r bone to the forearm_l bone, but with the x and y rotations of the latter, for example, being opposite to those of the forearm_r bone, by all the keyframes). If you know someone who has already mirrored some of the game's standart animations, I would be happy to have access to their work. Thank you if you can answer me!

IF I'm understanding your question, there IS a way, but it's a little time consuming and requires blender v 3 (I use 3.3.1). Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Shift+V does NOT work for sims 4 rigs...you'll have to do extra steps. Folder With STEPSFirst, you'll want to open your model and select a bone in pose mode (000) Rotate that bone and you SHOULD see a pop up box on the corner (001; box circled) Copy the angle number with ctrl+c (cmd+c on a mac) (002) Take the bone of the oposite side and rotate with R on the keyboard, it doesn't matter which way you go or if it matches the original, we will be fixing that soon (003) The pop up box will reappear like in 001, now, do you remember the number you copied in step 002? (004) You'll want to paste that number into the angle, be sure to add a negative (-) if the original numbers didn't have a negative, IF they did have a negative, be sure to remove it! (005) Press enter on your keyboard and YAY! The poses have been copied!!! (006)
