Hi. S4s previews only the diffuse map, no other map. You need to edit the specular map that is inside of the package, as well as shadow and normal maps

No, for TS4 you must make the specular TS4 way. Find the earrings that has the same gloss as you want, export their specular map as dds, study it, recreate it. This approach to anything will help you fix 99% of the problems when creating cc For example, in the rgb channel you see flat red color where the uvs of the earrings are. Sample that color and flood the area of uvs on your texture. The alpha channel will have a black and white diffuse texture of the earrings but much much darker. Copy paste yours and darken it
