Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and also kind of a new cc designer (only recolouring as for now). I started off by trying to recolour some socks, I opened Sims 4 Studio (version 3.2.0.3), Create Cas Standalone, then CAS, and chose the cas that I want to recolour/texture. Next thing I did is, I click export file and saved the texture diffuse to my pc, then after I finished recolour/texture, I click import and chose the file, and the sim model turn into white immediately right after, wearing the cas items that I imported. I tried putting it into Mods in EA Sims4 file, my sims also turn into completely white when wearing the cc cas. I've read the Common Problems & Helpful Threads Posting, at number 7 of CAS problem, it says incorrect alpha or missing alpha. I gotta be honest here, I'm not that good at computer stuffs, so I have no idea what does that mean nor how to fix this bug, can anyone try to help me? Notes : -Texture : I only uploaded Diffuse. Shadow, Normal and Emission are empty, Shadow is there, but I didn't upload anything -I recoloured the socks on Paint -My Sims 4 Studio is version 3.2.0.3

Hi. This happens when transparency is not preserved. Paint is not something you should be using for this. Best to use Photopea, which is free, online and almost identical to Photoshop, so you can follow any Photoshop tutorial in it
