Sorry to keep coming back here with incredibly specific werewolf-related problems, but I managed to find and extract the fur shading layer of the pelt and followed/extrapolated from some other tutorials for using the File Cruiser and creating from empty packages, and I'm pretty sure I'm missing at least one step because I can't get my replacement to actually appear in-game on the werewolves.
Exported the image from the File Cruiser, made a quick obvious edit for testing, made an empty package and hit "add to current package" (also tried making a new RLE 2 image and filling things in manually), then imported my replacement image and saved.

Those RLE2 skin shading textures don't seem to be used in the game. According to my tests, a set of LRLE textures are used:

Looks like the same set for males and females, teen-elder. Honestly I don't see any difference between them. EA loves useless duplicates!

It worked, thank you! Do you happen to know where the normals are/what file type? (no problem if not, just figured I should see if the info is already available before I start rummaging around)

Skins have no normals I'm aware of.

All good, pretty sure I found them, they're under DST images. I have no idea about skins but the werewolves have a bump map for their fur/pawpads.

Yes, there are bumpmaps for the werewolf nude parts. If you clone the nude top/bottom/feet they'll link to the correct bumpmaps.
