After applying a patch to disable CC randomware, CC disappeared.
*I am sorry if there are any mistakes in the sentences because I am using a translator.
A patch has been applied to disable CC randomware on S4S. After that, when I started Sims, the CC items I was originally wearing disappeared and I was completely naked.
The CAS screen also warned him that he has no more than 1 item for this account logged in with EA. 300 files out of 8000 items are not displayed
Even after reviewing past help and restoring the original saved in the backup file to the MOD folder, it was the same phenomenon.
On the contrary, I invalidated the corresponding file → effective patch, but the CC file disappeared after all.
what should i do now 330 files disappeared and I'm pretty impatient. teach me please.

Hi. So as I understood, you created a back up of files before running a batch fix as s4s suggested? And after you discovered the problem, you put all that content back into Mods? This should have fixed it 100% because those files are untouched. Try re-doing the process if possible

You mean the backup in \Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Batch Fixes, right? It's back in the mod. After reverting to mods, CC didn't show up when I launched the Sims game, so I did a repair as well, but to no avail.
If the above does not mean...
I didn't make a backup before patching...

Yes, from \Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Batch Fixes to Electronic arts\The sims 4\Mods. You did everything right. Hm, that is very strange. Can you try finding one package from your sim, re-download it, put it into Mods folder to check if it still there? If it will ask you to replace the existing package, it is still there. Do not replace it and share with me please. If it will not ask you to replace it, then it was somehow deleted. You most likely will not be able to recover it but I will need to inform the developers about this bug

As I'm reading through several forums, this happens to a lot of people recently who ran batch fixes with Studio. Sure would like to know too why this happens. I'd make sure to keep my distance from those "batch fixes" until this bug? will be addressed. I do know that some people mainly have this issue when running it on merged files, but not sure if this is the main and only reason since it was said that Studio could batch-fix merged files also.
