I made a proper uv map, baked the texture and exported it. It looks normal in blender, but in sims studio it is really weird. I really don't know what causes it. How it looks in sims studio: imgur.com/euvYY2gHow it looks in blender: imgur.com/X3iBNhM

Hello, are you using texture with the right resolution? The resolution must be in power of 2 and not more than 1024 i think. Post your package & blend file so other can check it directly.

Hi, I checked your file and it seems the problem is the leaves mesh. S4S can't handle displaying opacity like blender (S4S doesn't show object behind transparent texture). S4S shows your mesh like it is just a bunch triangle because the leaves meshes are overlapping your pot mesh. You can check by deleting the leaves mesh & importing just the pot mesh, it should look correct in S4S. If you want to proceed there's 2 option: 1. You keep the current mesh & test it ingame, it might look correct ingame. 2. You fix the leaves mesh & texture. Model the twig with polygon, use the opacity map for the leaves only. You can check maxis mesh to see how it's done.
Here's another example
