Hello,

I've been looking into getting some DC outfits into the sims 4 but i am failing miserably (completely new to it all)
I've stumbled into a creator on deviantart with packs of TGA files for the outfits and have their permission to convert these.

If anyone is interested (and if it is possible with tga) please contact me!

Photoshop can read them, not entirely sure which other programs. Possibly Gimp.
