i'm trying to fix the tags on my CAS CC and i don't understand what all of the options mean. what effect do the archetypes have? what's the 'witch' category mean? if i enable something for werewolves, does that mean their werewolf form too or just their human form? if i disable something for spellcasters, are they not able to wear it, despite not having a second form? i'm very, very confused, and i'd love a full guide to what these mean if anyone has one. thank you!!

Hi. Archetype refers to the sim's appearance and facilitates the process of generating townies or randoms in CAS. For example, if you made dreadlocks, you can enable African archetype and the game will use this hairstyle together with other content with this tag to generate sims of Sub-Saharan appearance. Occult tags seem to be used for the same purpose because disabling or enabling them does not change whether they appear in the catalogue for human or occult forms. However, this may be a bug. No idea what exactly Witch is meant for but, my guess is, it is a special hidden category somehow related to spellcasters. As for everything else, think of it as the same tags as in CAS
