Hello everyone! Already for couple of days i cannot make belt to change with body size. I watched so many tutorials but still nothing changes.. I am using blender 2.70(transfer weights) and blender 2.76(for the rest) Help me please q_q

Hi. The mesh does not have a proper uv_1 map and is not affected by the bones correctly. - append the dress in the scene with the belt, rename the dress to Reference; - select the reference, shift-select the belt, transfer weights like this - select the belt, add Data transfer, choose Reference as Source object, set the rest like in the pic, apply - delete the reference, save

The mesh is affected only by b__CAS_L_Breast__ and b__Spine1__, which are not the bones it should be affected by at all. My guess is that you chose the wrong part of the dress as a reference. It should be the area of the dress it covers ( or you can join all parts of the dress into one) For the future, please always share the blend file so that we would see whats going on in it, what the reference was like, what version of blender you're using, etc
Also, you should transfer uv_1 with nearest face interpolated
