Hello, I have tried checking over my UV map and everything looks fine to me, but my jacket is looking like this. It looks like the inside of the hood and the bottom edge of the jacket are the two things that are copied onto the legs. MeshPackageNot sure what to do, so any help is appreciated! Thanks

Hey! You have your mesh uv parts in spaces that are not meant for them. Part of hoodie uv map is on legs (I think you just cut top part from outfit and made it into top, but as outfit use both top and bottom uv space maps are just placed on all this space) so it's now visible on body parts. Use this uv map template to move your uv parts to top uv map only (green space). I can't download your package for some reason, but take a look at cut numbers so they match ones from base you used to create your package. Also you should remove doubles of your mesh and then edge split where needed
