How do I get them to show up? Or do I need to transfer them first into .package files and if so, how do I do that?
I have blender 3.5.

I also tried with blender 2.7... Nothing works. The poses I make just won't show up on on S4S.
Do I do something wrong? I make the pose, save it as .blend file and go to S4S > animation > clip pack and nothing shows up

What do you mean by nothing shows up? If you import your pose it's not going to show in s4s but you can see that file is replaced from "blank clip" to your one

Now I get them to show up, but not as .package files and I don't know how they can be transfered into .package files so that I can upload them into game

I do not understand what you mean. You go to Animation > Clip Pack > Name it somehow and save > At top part go to clips > Import your blend file. Are you sure you made pose right way? Did you after making pose selected all rigs and used i > LocRot? Everything is really explained in this tutorial, if you have problem with your pose try redoing it again and just follow steps from beginning
