Star 3.2.0.6 still get (Access to Log Folder) Error Message

First when I downloaded Star? It worked just fine and then suddenly I got the Error message (did not change anything).

Things I tried  

• added the Software as suggested to allowed Apps in Avast but issue remains.
• removed S4S - restarted PC
• made a fresh installation
• and whitelisted the APP in AVAST, again (before I tried to open it)
• checked if Windows Defender could be the reason - I did whitelist the app here, as well.
• deactivated Avast just to test it if it would work without avast (same message still pops up)
• removed all folders even under documents (+ rooting folder) and made again a fresh installation with restarting PC - nothing works
• tried to find any other possible solutions but could not find anything

Does anyone know what else I can do to give S4S the  annoying access to the Log Folder?

The message keeps popping up that it has no access to the log files. If I cannot fix it I guess I will have to remove it and go back to wishes
Even tho, I wish to use star as it uses newer Blender edition and this made me happy,  but I cannot fix the issue and it is super annoyiiiiiingng LOL
