This is driving me crazy, I just converted over yfBody_EP09DressShirt to child, but a small part of the front of the dress just won't stay where it is suppose to be. I tried transferring weight of all the sorts of other dresses, but I really cannot find anything like it or the way this is designed, many transferring the R or L Skirt, Thighs, and Thightwists, but I only make it worse. Hi. Only meshes for adults of feminine frame can be affected by breast bones. Delete both b__CAS_R_Breast__ and b__CAS_L_Breast__, then normalize weights

Nothing appears to have changed, I followed mauvemorn's example with the three screenshots leading me in the right direction by deleting both CAS_R_Breasts and CAS_L_Breasts and normalizing all, I save mesh, reimport it into S4S, check game, exact same problem, re-export mesh, and the CAS_R_Breasts and CAS_L_Breasts are back again, I even trying removing doubles at the problem area, but those changes get ignored too with a import/export.
checked weights in every group and everything seems to be in the right place.

My bad, misunderstood what you were referring to from looking at the pic. Those are skirt bones that are not present in the original item you cloned, so you can just delete them the same way
