Hello everyone, This subject is quite common and i may know it may be about the size of the texture of the mesh who is not size force 2 but i tried to change the size but i guess it was not the good way to do it as i am a new creator (well i do only object from sketchlab) but all the other object i have done are perfectly fine just this one is not working here is the link, maybe someone can send me the texture back in the right size ? i really dont understang how to process : sketchfab.com/3d-models/porcelain-figure-of-a-cockerel-814b50ceedfd484e996e0d00d24265b4thank you so so much Rudy

Hi. We would need to see the package file instead but this is most likely caused by incorrectly sized textures. All textures should have dimensions that are the power of two, so 512x512, 512x1024, etc, not 500x500 or 300x1074

You can do so pretty easily in paint or paint 3D, though Paint 3D is probably easier.
For Paint 3D: 1. Open the file. 2. Click Canvas. 3. Make sure "Resize Image with Canvas" is clicked. 4. In the "Width" and "Height" boxes, enter appropriate dimensions. Click away from the boxes to have them go into effect. 5. Save.
For Paint: 1. Open the file. 2. Click "Select" then "Select all." 3. "Cut." 4. Resize the canvas by dragging the canvas until it's the right size. 5. "Paste" your image. 6. Click "Resize" then switch to resizing by "Pixels" instead of by "Percentage." 7. Unclick "Maintain Aspect Ratio." Enter the appropriate size of each dimension and click "Ok." 8. Save.
