Hi! I've been a simmer for about 3 years now, and not long after I heard of Sims4Studio and downloaded that since I wanted to re colour a couple of objects and tweak patterns and meshes. It's been working like a charm up until now. I'm not sure what happened, either a Sims 4 update caused my Sims4Studio to become corrupted or one of my computer updates did. What happens when I open is is that an error pops up, and it's something like ''unable to open database file'', and when I try to access any of the studio programs animation, objects, etc the same error pops up. I've watched Pink Simz' game path fix tutorial and that did not work, and I also watched Kia Bia's tutorial on how to fix the studio but neither of them have worked. I've tried deleting Sims4Studio entirely and re-downloading it, but I need 'administrator permission' to remove the studio from my computer which is an entirely new ballgame. However if I delete Sims4Studio I fear losing the custom content that I made myself and router login I'm scared of risking the corruption of my sims game. I don't know what else to do. All I want to do is recolour a rug mesh for my Sims nursery. Does anyone else have the same problem? how did you fix it? Any help would be appreciated!! I'm so frustrated and honestly near tears. : (

Hi. Try deleting s4s folder from Documents. If this wont work, share your s4s settings please and tell us where s4s is installed ( the path)
