File: www.simfileshare.net/download/3804425/So I have been struggling to locate which bone has been causing a hole around the area in the pic. I tried the neck, the shoulder bone, but it doesn't show the hole on blender:

Hi. If you cannot recreate the problem in s4s, it is probably uv_1. Yours looks ripped, so transfer it from a swimsuit

Hi. If you cannot recreate the problem in s4s, it is probably uv_1. Yours looks ripped, so transfer it from a swimsuit I just realise that the swim suit had three meshes while the uniform had one, so I transfer the data one by one when I did this, but there is still a hole.

two of swimsuit's meshgroups are in the calf area, which your blazer does not reach, so you can just delete them. If re-transferring didnt help, then all that is left is to delete the underside of the collar that is poking through the front of it. It is not visible, so it should not be there is the first place. In uv editor enable sync, select the collars uvs, isolate them in 3d view with H, select and delete the underside, unhide everything with Alt H

From the game it showed it was under the blazer, so I remove the underside and it's there.

then move the jacket that is underneath the collar until you'll get it right this happened multiple times before, you spend more time looking for the solution and waiting for that 20k mesh to import than it would take to make these collars the correct way, without overlapping of fabric

You are meant to bring them back. The problem disappeared because now that whole collar moves like the shoulder
Here the uvs are transferred with the wrong settings, should be nearest face interpolated

New File: www.simfileshare.net/download/3826186/Ok, so I set it to nearest face interpolated and done these settings, the hole has shrunk, but I still wonder if I can sealed it:

You should just move the mesh of the blazer that is poking out through the collar or whatever that is. That may take a few tries but still will be a lot faster than trying to tweak uvs. Just enable proportional editing and try moving the area of the blazer under the collar a bit down
