Possible to use a normal map (not bump map) on build/buy?

Hi. Ts4 uses neither a traditional bump map nor a traditional normal map. It is a re-arranged tradition normal map: the red channel acts as the alpha channel, green - as rgb. And no, you cannot use a regular normal map because the game is not tuned to display it.
