I'm trying to import Sims 3 CC to Sims 4. I'm experimenting, but I cannot find any tutorials that help. All I've seen is people import Base Game Items and not CC. Help would be appreciated.

Hi. Look up something like « converting content to the sims 4 tutorial » and find the one that suits your category ( cas or build/buy).
It does not matter whether ts3 content is from maxis or custom, to ts4 all of it is « custom content »

This was the TS3 to TS4 Tutorial I used when first trying to convert between the two. As far as using this method for cc rather than EA items, you need to have the .sims3pack or .package saved somewhere on your computer (I use a folder on the desktop as it's easy to find and delete once I don't need it). Once in TSR Workshop, click "Create New Project" then once it pops up "New Import." It will give you a new popup box. Click "Browse" and navigate to the folder where you've stashed the cc you want to convert. If it shows up as empty, it's probably because you need to swap what kind of file it's looking for to .package or .sims3pack instead of .wrk. Select your file and click "open." You'll get a little box asking if it's a Sims 4 package. Click "No". Then you click "Next" on the following two windows, then "ok." The cc you want to convert should then load and you can follow the tutorial as you would for a base game object. TSRW isn't as good a program as S4S, and it does have far more error issues than S4S so you may have to open and close it a few times, but it does usually work for this purpose.
