Trying to make Get Together club icons

Hi, this is my first post here I think. I'm trying to make a mod that adds a couple of custom club icons. I was already able to follow the tutorial by linamints utilizing Zerbu's mod and just replacing the textures, so I know that my custom textures work, but I don't want the rest of those icons (because I want to share my mod with my icons only). I scoured these forums and it seems like the last time people discussed this was in 2016, and I haven't found anything of use since. I do have enough experience with S4S to make custom T-shirts and the like, but that's about it.
