Can't install "Import-Export: Sims 4 Studio Blender Library"

Hi all,
I've finally decided to upgrade to Blender 3.3.3 (I saw all Blender 3.x.x versions were supported) but I'm having trouble installing one of the add-ons. When I try to click the empty box, it gives me this error:
I tried everything I've seen online, including changing the path in S4S:
And these are my two directory paths for Blender (I installed the S4S add-ons [that are in the zip file] that are in the S4S folder via the installer in Blender):
Maybe I'm doing something wrong when I install but I do have these available in the Scene tab in Blender:
