Hello friends!
I would like to find/see the values of the CAS sliders.
For example, I would like my Sims' eyesize to be exactly average. I imagine the creators assigned values to the sliders - perhaps the smallest eyesize would have a value of 0, and the biggest eyesize a value of 100. I want my Sims' eyes to be at a 50. I don't know exactly how the creators marked these values, of course. But I would like to create a face that is exactly average - where every single slider is at their halfway points. I don't necessarily need to see the sliders in-game. Having a face preset that has these average values would be great too. Or maybe even just a tray sim that I can load into the family.
Does anyone know where this kind of information might be stored in the game files?
Thank you all in advance!

Hi. Im not 100% sure but I think that face already exists in game. The very first one in the list of face presets. It looks the closest to the default model

Hello! Yes I've been using that face until now. However, I'm looking for exact slider values. If you know where the slider value information is stored in the game files, or any other way of accessing them, please let me know!

Hi again. Since we don't have regulars with knowledge on coding anymore, those questions generally stay unanswered. I usually suggest people to join discords of TS4 mod makers, this is where such people gather usually This is the discord of a person who was of great help on our forum when she had time. Don't know if she is still active, but there should be others Other notable modders also have discords, so you can join them as well

There it the tray importer tool, the authors might know the internal of the tray files. If you want to set the slider values in-game using a menu which shows slider names search for 'Custom Slider Framework Github'. It's quite good to do this job, but doing this for 20 sliders will take some time. I'm not sure whether it supports batch editing of all facial sliders. If you are interested in code to set slider values (once again in-game) take a look at github.com/Oops19/preview-HighHeels/blob/main/high_heels/dump_sliders.py It should be easy to write a debug command 'resetfacesliders' and to iterate over all facial sliders (which hopefully all modify the face) and set their value to 0 or to remove the sliders. Setting the value to 0.5 might be a bad idea as there are often increase and decrease sliders used.
