I'm trying to make a one tile window int a two tile window, the mesh, positioning, cutout and everything are fine, but there's still only one tile showing on the ground in the lit up green square thing, I've changed the cutout tile width but it's still not working?

That sounds like the object's footprint. Personally I like having smaller footprints for windows (it makes it easier to avoid using the move objects cheat), but if you want to fix it to have a two-tile window footprint, you can either try the auto-footprint button in the mesh tab in studio, or you can export a two-tile window's footprint and just import it into the package in place of the footprint that is there. I believe there is a tutorial in the tutorial section about manually figuring out the footprint of an object, but it involves messing around in blender to find the vertices and updating the footprint resource in the file yourself.
