I just tried to recolor different counters and got this error message

Thank you for sending the .packages tacha75 and kiara24. There will be a new version of Vogue posted later today that will address the problem. Tacha75, the current version of both Alice and Vogue are unable to clone all of the counters. The counters are very complicated objects with multiple meshes and multiple images per mesh. Andrew has been working on the problem though and the version of Studio that will be released later today for beta testing is able to clone these counters. Once it's out feedback on how the counter cloning is working will be appreciated.

I have downloaded the newest Vogue and recolored the cabinets, counters and island. I did get an error code the first time I tried to open the cabinets but after that everything has been fine. The recolors are working great in game and my Sims are no longer getting stuck!!

Hi,
I was wondering whether the caress curtains have a bump map to it? If not, could you please advise as to how I should go about to retain the folds of the curtain.
And another question, can you have both the Alice and Vogue versions of the Studio installed?

If the curtains have a bump map you will find it under the Warehouse tab. You can have both versions on your computer but you will need to run one out of a folder. To do that download the zip version and take the folder out. Open the folder and look for the .exe. Click that and Studio will start up.

Sims 4 Studio gives the item a unique ID when it clones the item. This includes your creator name, the name of the item you're cloning, and a long date/time stamp.

When I recolor someone else's cc (with permission :D) and try to upload to TSR, it gives me an error code. I asked them why I was getting that and they said that " these are conflicting internal ID issues, which says that the object is cloning with the original artists internal IDs. That means game conflicts and our system will not accept them." Help???

Hi tacha75, My Projects button is only for editing your own projects and will not make a new standalone of a custom content item. The "Create CAS Standalone" option only applies to CAS recolors when you are using the Create Recolor button and does not affect objects or the My Projects option. If you want to recolor custom content and not replace it, you should follow this tutorial Here. Although the example in this tutorial is a CAS item, it works for objects in the exact same way. This will tell you how to add the object to Sims 4 Studio's list of objects to recolor. Once added, you will recolor the object as if it came with the game.
