Hi Everyone sorry for reviving a post that is years ago, but I can't create new thread at the moment so I have to use this thread to ask for help.
I recently found a MMD mesh with texture but I wonder can MMD file be convert into sims 4 CC?

Instead of looking for "MMD to TS4 conversion" videos, go for "how to import mmd file in blender", then "how to convert (meshes of this category) to ts4" |

I'm able to import into blender but I'm not sure is it ok to convert into mesh without exporting mmd into xps?

Once it is in blender, you can export it as obj and all unnecessary information will be lost. Then you clone a similar maxis item and import the obj. Then adapt it and it will be good
