Hi. Normally skin details are just images projected on the body, so « they » morph with the body. In your case the skin details seems to be a mesh, so we would need to know what it is to give any useful information.
But basically the skin detail needs to be vertex painted with an appropriate color and have the right uv_1 map to morph

Open the package with My projects and you will see the list of textures. Select the diffuse texture and click on Import.

You need to watch a tutorial on making the type of item that you want. You cannot simply import textures into any pre-existing package, they must be made in accordance with the uvs of the item, otherwise they will not match.
Edit: wait, i think i misunderstood you initially. You want to replace the textures that appear on the sim when you tweak muscle/fat sliders? If yes, its the same logic ( the textures must match the uvs) but, instead of cloning something, you need to find those textures in game files and replace them

If you mean the body contouring textures that change with the fit/fat/thin/bony sliders, you need to use TS4 Skininator to make a default replacement package and replace the textures with yours.
