So, I've decided I want to make a shirt. I have the model and the shirt meshed and weighted and everything looks good in blender. I used weight transfer to and did all the necessary steps, but it looks a disaster in game and doesn't work at all. I can't tell what is going wrong. But also wanted to ask if I should take the lower part of the shirt and extrude it in?? i was planning to make the bottom part transparent so I didn't delete a lot of the sims mesh and left the faces behind the shirt flaps. I am not sure if I still want to do that but if its solid texture should I just extrude the rest in and delete those faces on the torso and re-organize the uvs/texture??? Thank you in advance also wanted to say the sim I used to test it was an attempt at a bigger sized sim so that I know it will work on them as well. resources for my shirt mesh

Hey! After transfering weights always use options: Clean (All Groups) and Limit Total (Limit to 4) in weights menu (above weights transfer button). It repair your problem at least for me, but it looked different in my game than in yours so you have to try. Your mesh is too close to body and it glitch with body parts. I would select all your top and move it a bit further from body. Also select your mesh and in edit mode go to "Shading / UV" on left panel, then make faces smooth shading so your mesh has soft shading than sharp for each face. Remove doubles of body parts too. If you want to make bottom part transparent you do not need to use fill rim while making your mesh double sided using solidify option, it's enough to just make it double sided using low thickness number (I use 0,0002) and unticking fill rim option. If you want to keep it solid you can delete body parts under, but taking lower part and extruding probably will give you not nice result. You can try solidify using higher number with Only Rim option selected, this way your mesh won't be double sided but you'll get nice rim that probably cover deleted body parts. But now as I look at your mesh more closely I would leave body parts and just make sure they do not glitch while using sliders, cause in some parts your mesh is close to body and in others a bit too far.

okay so I've done what you told me and it looks exactly the same. when I put all sliders to max in game the arms sleeve still comes all the way out and only one boob sizes up :(( you said it worked in your game am I able to see how it showed in yours??

Hmm I managed to get your problem now, after some investigation it looks like your sleeves works with breast slider and if your sim have bigger breast then your sleeves gets bigger, it's still fixable in a way I written before (Clean and Limit Total in weights panel). I could not get it cause my sim had perfect breast size for sleeves to sit on shoulders :D first pic is normal breast size, second biggest and on last one fixed with biggest breast size, as you can see it sit where it should and also glitch way less with body. Also you should delete body parts and replace them cause I see they do not match to bottom and empty space between top and bottom is visible. (You can see it on left side on her belly)

would you be able to show me what exactly to click in blender?? like a screenshot of it. I'm sorry im a better visual learner and following what you said before the shirt would not correct to the image on the very right. Also if i delete the parts of the mesh that are visible wont that mess up the dynamics and make the body piece invisible??? or do you mean i should get a new body mesh and combine it with the shirt? again thank you so much and i apologize for asking so many questions. :,) Edit: I got it to work with the sliders now but with certain bottoms her belly/mid section completely disappears!!!! new files and such

It happen with meshes made for male frame and allowed for female one. I had this problem in packages with transparency when I put wrong number in region map, but here you have one cut so I am not sure why this happen. I saw you created package using nude top as base - try not doing this cause other sims will get embarrassed moodlet next to your sim cause your sim for game is naked. You can change this buff in warehouse but it's just easier to start from another one cut base, for example lace bra. I created new package based on lace bra and problem now is gone, probably your package or the fact you used nude top as base cause this
Yes I mean delete all body parts, import new one, remove doubles of them, delete what not needed and join to your mesh. Also never transfer weights and uv_1 to body parts. Do everything what needed for your mesh and at the end join with body.
