Help changing AutoHotKey script for mod?

I'd like to be able to use the Sort Custom Content (CC) in CAS Alphabetically mod, but it doesn't work on my screen resolution (1600x900) I tried to edit the script myself, but I couldn't get it to work. Would someone here be willing to alter the script to work with my screen?

EDIT: also sorry if this isn't the right place to put this! I wasn't sure where this thread should go.
