Hi. The content of the blend file must be appended, not imported.
file - Append - the blend with the deco bike - object - meshgroups of the bike.
Simply replacing the original mesh will not work, it must be adapted to move correctly in the game.
You would need to reshape the bike to resemble the original(as in, the seat or the handlebar must be in the same place, so that pre-existing animations work right) and then rig it.
