Mod Request: Vampire Invasion Fix

I never get vampire invasions even with the vampire nexus lot trait, and this seems to be a consistent problem for many people. Is there a mod to fux this? Lotharihoe supposedly created a mod for it, but the download file seems to have disappeared off the face of the internet.
