I'm not sure if it's an issue with the meshes, blender or S4S but I have 2 meshes that are importing weirdly into S4S. One is a tie (necklace) that imports only LOD 0 and not the others, the other is a hair that isn't importing at all. The cuts are right and I've made sure they're selected so I'm not sure what's going on Tie packageTie blend fileHair blend fileThank you for the help!!

Hi. Lods can have different number of meshgroups. If you are importing the shared blend into lod1-lod3, then it is not importing because of the difference in the number of meshgroups. Save the blend under a different name, delete one meshgroup, change the cut of the other to 0000
The hair has 91K tris per meshgroup. 270k is two times higher than s4s polycount limit and 27 times higher than maxis's most complex meshes

Thank you! I'll try that. Is there a way to decrease the number of tris without completely destroying the mesh? When I was decimating it I used planar instead of collapse or unsubdivide because they destroyed how the mesh looked, I'm not sure if that has something to do with it

You're meant to retopologize the mesh, but that would be difficult in this example. What you can do: - delete two meshgroups, assign the remaining one 0000; - reduce the polycount with decimate to at least 40k, apply, save; - clone a buzzcut, it is made of one meshgroup. Import the blend there;
