Mod to stop the brief talk before an interaction?

Idk how to properly explain this, but is there a mod that stops the little talk sims have before doing an interaction? i.e. you ask sim A to woohoo with sim B, sim A approaches sim B, they have a lil talk and only then go to woohoo. Maybe that's not the best example, but there are more annoying ones, like asking a parent to potty train a toddler, and they go and have a lil talk w/ that toddler before doing it 100001.onl/ . I feel like they should just be able to carry the toddler straight to the potty.
