Is there a keyboard button for cycling through speeds?

I'm trying to use autohotkey so I only have to use my mouse when playing.

Is there a button on the keyboard that cycles through all speeds? Not just 1 for normal, 2 for faster, 3 for fastest. I mean ONE button that if I press one time goes forward and cycles through 1-3 then after 3 goes back to 1.
