Help with all world are residential and venues change mods

Hi, i have a problem, or i think i have a problem, pratically i can't change the venues in selvadorada into residential one, and technically, with the all world are residential, and the venues change mod, it should be possible (in fact not only my sim family live on the top of mt mobdro.bio/ . Komorebi, but reading old post all across the internet, a way to make sims living in Selvadorada as resident is with the use of this two mods), both of the mod are updated, so i'm missing something, or maybe i made a mistake or what? I appreciate all the help possible, thank you.
