Is there software capable of detecting Merged .package files?

Couldn't you just open the package file and look? If you open it in Studio and it shows basically what you'd see in the warehouse section that would give you an indication of whether or not you're dealing with a merged file. It should also say on the right side S4SMergedPackageManifest. I'm assuming you're trying to detect which files you have that are merged and which ones aren't. You can also put your files in your game's mods folder, open Studio, and click the My CC button. You can click on each file and easily tell if a file is a merged one or not.
