WCIF this japan school uniform by GGUYA ?

my two sims live in the snow lot of the snowy escape world. one is a child n one is a teen. the child is came home from school wearing the uniform. the teen didn't come home wearing the uniform. i set the uniform as an outfit for the teen. i didn't make that as one of her outfits. i have another household who has kids that live in a regular in the snowy escape world. they never came home wearing the auto uniform 19216801.onl/ . i've never seen this happen before. is it cuz i set the uniform as an outfit for the teen n not for the child?
