Need help changing lots size

I can't find a lot of the features mentions in some tutorials here and it's running me crazy trying to change a lot. Please, someone please kindly write out a tutorial on where to click and what to find in details for my dumb brain. If possible, someone please shared their edited lots files. My brain is fried trying to do this......( ; ω ; )
